Last Thursday, February 23rd, the MDPO organized a workshop on Agile methodologies together with the technology consulting firm VASS at the School of Economics.

Through the challenge of building a city with Legos in different sprints, students learned about the origins, needs and benefits of framework from work. Under the pressure of rapidly changing environments, students experienced how their ability to adapt increased, how team efficiency increased and how participation and cohesion among team members was enhanced. All this was not exempt from a reflection on the requirements that these subject methodologies present for them to be used effectively.

Through this activity, the MDPO aims to help students at campus in Pamplona to learn about the role of human capital in organizations and to raise their awareness of the importance of developing people-centered organizational models by learning about specific solutions used in companies.
