A lecture series to address the challenges of Family Law today, from an interdisciplinary perspective.

Does the crime of gender violence exist?

Analysis of the relevance of gender in the crimes included in the Criminal Code: Are crimes committed because of kinship, because of gender, or because the perpetrator is a man and the victim is a woman? An attempt to clarify the legal limits to social concepts.
