People, purpose and Competitiveness

In February 2022, the University of Navarra and the Business Confederation of Navarra (CEN) established the business community "People, purpose and Competitiveness" with the aim of generating an ecosystem that facilitates the companies of the Community a continuous and sustainable improvement of their organizational model , through the definition and implementation of their corporate purpose .

The community offers breakfasts at work and conference to reflect, share experiences and practical methodologies, as well as the possibility of evaluating the meaning of purpose and initiating a transformation process to formulate and deploy its corporate purpose . Currently 27 companies make up the community of companies. We want to share this pioneering experience in Spain with the Navarra society and open the doors to any entity interested in becoming a business with purpose.
