The artists Carlos Cánovas and Montse Zamorano will present next Thursday 8th the book "XL" about the fortieth anniversary of the University of Navarra's School of Architecture of the University of Navarra. The Navarrese photographer Carlos Cánovas has recently been awarded the award Príncipe de Viana de la Cultura 2020 and Montse Zamorano is one of the most internationally renowned photographers specializing in Architecture, who has worked for programs of study as Foster and Partners or Álvaro Siza.

The work of architects Eugenio Aguinaga, Rafael Echaide and Carlos Sobrini, the book takes a look at the design of this building - with the different plans that were drawn up for its construction - while the photographic reports of both artists reveal the interior and exterior spaces of the School from their perspective staff.

The event is part of the activities organized together with the high school Official Basque-Navarre Architects' Association (COAVNA) on the occasion of the Architecture Weekwhich takes place from October 5 to 11.

The event will consist of a roundtable about "Photography and Architecture" in which will also participate the director of the School, Miguel Ángel Alonso del Val, and the publisher of the book, the architect and professor Jorge Tárrago.
