Our greatest impact is the training of our students, the future professionals who will transform the world with their work. The BIOMA Centre aims to provide them with the tools they need for a tools needed for a comprehensive training. The BIOMA Centre aims to provide them with new spaces that facilitate innovation in their way of learning, at contact with professors and students from different areas of knowledge, with access to the processes of research, to their application internship and to new ways of transmitting their results to society. 

It is core topic that the methodology itself professor also contributes to this sustainable approach. For this reason, the service-learning method will be promoted: the aim is to apply the concept of "curricular sustainability" to care for the environment, which consists of offering content so that students can be active agents and generate changes from the time they start at training.

Group of volunteer activities environmental

Students and teachers can become volunteers: we are looking for people who are passionate about the environment and its conservation and want to participate in activities oriented to the education and knowledge dissemination of Science. This group has existed since 2001 and is coordinated by the Science Museum. It aims to promote the interest and the knowledge of the environment to promote its conservation.

Sustainability Club

This initiative arose from the students and its aim is to goal promote learning and to promote work towards sustainability at the University of Navarra. It is committed to integral sustainability, based on the conservation and improvement of the environment, taking into account the well-being of society and ensuring a solid economic future.

The teaching academic at the BIOMA Centre

Students from the Schools Science and Pharmacy and Nutrition in particular will be trained in the new space. In addition, the teaching and participation of other areas of the knowledge will be facilitated for learning multidisciplinary: students of Communication, Medicine, Engineering, Education and Psychology and all schools and Schools of the University will have a place in the BIOMA Centre.
