In order to coordinate the needs when organising a specific event (stewards, material, etc...), or to open a building outside the hours established by the event or for any other reason, an email should be sent to Franklin Díaz, fdiaz@tecnun.es, at least 5 days before the date of the event.

In the mail, the needs and the reason or event that justifies them will be indicated. The financial cost must be borne by department or the service organising or proposing the event.

In this campus has been drafted and C a parking policy. The basic conditions for the use of the parking lots are the same as in the Campus of Pamplona.

Employees can register four vehicles and pupils can register two vehicles.

The schedule opening hours of the Alumni Building are:

  • Monday to Friday from 8:30h to 21:20h.

  • Saturdays from 8:30h to 14:50h.

At Christmas, Easter and summer schedule will be modified.

The building has car park for students, staff and visitors.

Teachers and other professionals are offered the possibility of parking their vehicle on site or a subsidised transport pass.

Students will be able to access car park, depending on the availability of places at availability .

A few places are reserved for visitors. To do so, please send an e-mail with the data (name, reason for the visit visit, make and enrollment of the vehicle), to: recepcionmad@unav.es

Both students and professionals who wish to use car park must register their vehicle, indicating their details and those of the vehicle. This registration allows parking at the Madrid Campus and in the different car parks at the Pamplona Campus.

It is a rotational car park , where vehicles cannot be parked overnight.

The parking policy of the Madrid headquarters sets out the rules for the use of the car parks.

Employees can register 4 vehicles. Students can register 2 vehicles.

You can reach the headquarters by metro (recommended stop: Suanzes), from where the 104 takes you to the Ricardo Velázquez Bosco roundabout. From Suanzes you can also walk to the headquarters, along Calle Alcalá and Avenida 25 de Septiembre (about 15 minutes).

From the Avenida de América interchange, the 114 stops at the door of the headquarters (less than 20 minutes).

From Mar de Cristal metro station, the 104 (towards Ciudad Lineal) goes to the Ricardo Velázquez Bosco roundabout.

Bus. Line 146 runs from Callao to a stop before the Glorieta.

The reservation of classrooms is done through Web Untis. The enclosure is sent to General Manager, if you wish to reserve a classroom, please send an e-mail to the following address: posgradomad@unav.es

The reservation of seminars is done via the QR code.

The offices located on the first floor are freely available. reserve They can be accessed via Google Calendar through the centres and services.

On the first floor there are 3 meeting rooms (one equipped with a whiteboard and projector) which can also be accessed via Google Calendar reserve . There is also a video conference roomconference room .
