To support the international students through specific programs organised by the International Relations Office.

• Welcoming international students.

• Assisting with welcome activities for new international students in August and January.

• Giving University of Navarra tours to a variety of audiences including prospective students, their parents, international students, etc.

• Helping with university recruitment activities, including opening days, school visits, etc.

• Assisting with a range of International Office events.

• Compulsory attendance at all training sessions.

• Other tasks, while in keeping with the role of the International Committee.

International Committee members must be students of the University of Navarra for their full degree. If you will be on a year abroad during the current year, you may still apply now and join the team the following year.

• All events that the members are participating in are free for the members and any expense out of need during excursions such as food will be taken care of by the International Relations Office.

The application and interview period are open throughout the academic year.

International Committee members must be available to work during August, September and January of the same academic year for International Welcome Weeks activities. This is the busiest period of work and members will be expected to commit to multiple full days of work during these weeks.

For the rest of the year hours are variable depending on work required and on your availability. Current members work a few hours per month on average. Occasional weekend work is available.

If successful, you will continue to be an International Committee member throughout the duration of your studies without the need to reapply each year. You will also be able to continue as a committee member to the University of Navarra on a voluntary basis following your graduation.
