Our motto is "learning by teaching and teaching to learn".

In addition to including innovative and unique content and approaches, the MELE programme has been designed with five features that distinguish it from other similar programmes:

The only ELE master's degree with 150 hours of direct, paid teaching at class with direct responsibility for at least three different groups/courses during the 10 months of the master's degree. Your first paid job as an ELE teacher will be with us.

Participation in the daily life of ILCE, a university institute for research and innovation in ELE, will enhance your professional development in all its facets: research projects, ELE evaluation, classroom teaching, programme organisation, co-curricular activities and Institute meetings.

3. Personal counselling in a small class of students. Only a small number of students (between 7-14) are accepted for each year of the Master's course. group . Each MELE trainee teacher receives ongoing support, tutoring and continuous monitoring by ILCE teachers with weekly support meetings. Each student is assigned mentor for the classes they teach, an academic advisor for MELE questions and a director for TFM. You will always be accompanied.
