"Delictum 2.0 is a set of materials for practical introductory classes on the general theory of crime. These materials are based on case studies from case law and doctrine in which the categories of the theory of crime are present. It is not intended to replace the attendance classes or the study of a guide, but to help to master the doctrine and to offer materials for the classes. It has been devised as a means of inductive access to the complex reality of the imputation of criminal responsibility that is structured in the theory of crime. In other words, as a method that goes from the problem (the case) to the theoretical Structures (exhibition systematics). Delictum 2.0 offers a series of solved cases, with additional explanations, synoptic tables, notes on Anglo-American law, exercises on self-assessment, glossary. This content is complemented by the content available at network on the site. Much more didactic content is provided there which may be useful: an extensive list of solved cases, a section of test questions for the self-assessment, technical notes, plus summary tables. It can be of use to those entering crime theory by studying a guide, as well as to teachers and students discussing in practical classes; it can be used as a tool for study staff, both by practising the art of solving case studies (the solution to which is provided in many of them), and also by acquiring an overview of the problems (with financial aid of the synopses and questions from self-assessment)."
