This paper tries to establish a relationship between the masculine char-acter that for centuries has had political activity and the prohibition on women to access Law studies. To achieve this, the work begins by explaining the prohibitive rule and reminding the pioneer parliamentary jurists of the early twentieth century. The paper focuses on the parliamentary jurists of the Transition, specifically, in which were part of the Constituent Courts of 1977-1979. The ultimate goal is to honor those women who, in difficult years in Spain, faced the challenge of conducting studies with limited professional opportunities for them, and also were in that legislature with the hope put in the democratic recovery.

The UN Sustainable Development Goals developmenthighlight how quality Educationcannot be separated from achieving gender equality. Access to Educationimproves people's quality of life, but only if this access includes an inclusive and equitable Educationcan it help develop solutions to the world's biggest problems. This requires the establishment of new scenarios that foster measures focused on advancing an innovative trainingat different educational levels towards equality of women and men. The incorporation of a gender perspective into curricula is nowadays a priority.
The Journal of Learning Styles, with this special issuededicated to female visibility in Educationas a driver of change and equality, aims to contribute to this goalby highlighting the role of women in the models of teachingand literacy throughout history; promoting programs of studyon women as promoters of advances in the attention and study of learning styles teaching; recognising those who have been - and are - agents of change in the management of educational organisations (Alva, 2019). At final, this issueseeks to create a space in which to share innovative teaching strategies and educational programmes that contribute to improving the visibility of women's contributions in different areas of knowledge.

Since M-a Ascension Chirivella graduated in 1 922 from the Law School of the University of Valencia, the presence of women in law schools has continued to increase, and women now constitute a majority in all universities, But, upon analyzing whether the majority presence of women in universities is reflected in legal practice, we see that it does not. A full and balanced legal system requires the joint work of female and male jurists, resulting in a need to increase the presence and visibility of women in the development and interpretation of legal rules. In this article, I analyze the data on the percentages of students and legal professionals who are female. Based on this analysis, the article proposes actions so that, starting from the law school stage, educational challenges are handled in a way that increases the participation of women in law and allows greater visibility of their contributions. Since law is one of the main tools for improving society, the societal improvements that will result from these actions is critical to a better future.

The work consists of two parts: the first part focuses on María Lacunza and Julia Álvarez, the first female lawyers in Pamplona, using a biographical method. The second part focuses on the current presence of women in the legal field in Navarre, by means of a quantitative and qualitative data analysis on female students enrolled and women practising in the legal profession in Navarre. The analysis concludes with the conviction that it is necessary to incorporate a gender perspective in the programs of study of the Navarrese History of Law , which includes Navarrese women jurists and their contributions as subjects and objects of the historical knowledge .

There is undoubtedly a strong current concern for the protection of women's health and the defence of their dignity and rights. This growing concern includes the conception and treatment of women's sexual and reproductive health. In this article a exhibition of the national legislation concerning aspects related to the attention and care of women's sexual and reproductive health is carried out, as well as an analysis of the assumptions that support the aforementioned rules and regulations . The aim is twofold: on the one hand, to point out the positive aspects that derive from the progress of biomedical sciences in these matters. And, on the other hand, to indicate the points which are currently the subject of discussion and which, in my opinion, require serious reflection.

This article takes a historical journey through the various documents and programmes that the United Nations has produced with the aim of achieving effective equality for women, focusing in particular on the attempts that have been made¿mainly from 1995 to date¿to integrate a gender perspective into its documents. Given that this concept does not have a single meaning, but on the contrary, has been subject to a variety of uses, it is interesting to investigate its employment in the context of the United Nations, given its projection not only in national but also in international policies.

employment In the context of the contemporary pluralistic discussion it is common to use the adjective 'secular' as the only way to act in the public discussion of bioethical issues. This leads to the question: is the contribution of religions to current bioethical reflection illegitimate? There are two possible answers. The first is in the affirmative, based on the fact that contemporary society is characterised as secular and pluralistic, and the values on which it is based and the obligations of its members are defined by consensus through democratic procedures. In this context, religious contributions, as part of the private side of individuals, would be excluded. Or a negative answer can be given, which would be based on the assertion that human beings identify themselves as members of different particular value systems, many of them permeated by religious elements.
According to this position, the religious phenomenon would be one of the most relevant elements within the discussion on cultural pluralism insofar as it serves as a source of guide, orientation and inspiration for behaviour. The article aims to answer the question posed by analysing each of the two possible positions. The article is developed in two blocks: the first one analyses what secular means when used in the bioethical context and the second one examines whether in the sphere of democratic societies the contribution of religions to bioethics is legitimate, and the second one examines whether in the sphere of democratic societies the contribution of religions to bioethics is legitimate. discussion

The article begins with accredited specialization on the role of interpretation in the field of law as well as its scope in this area. Next, the concept of the general principle of law is analysed. Once these questions have been focused on, the article continues with a general overview of Vallet de Goytisolo's vision in the topic that arises, making a small reference letter to the particularity of the application of the analogía iuris in the projection of the general principles of Law. The exhibition ends with some concluding notes.

Can a legal system take into account all perspectives, resulting in a desirable plenary session of the Executive Council and balanced law, while excluding half of humanity from its development? Positively formulated, what do women bring to the law? Throughout these pages, the author sets out to answer these and other questions related to women and the law. To do so, she begins by explaining some of the reasons for the absence of women jurists from the 2nd century to the end of the 19th century. From there, she goes on to examine the history of the first women jurists in the United States of America and Spain: who were they, what support did they have and what difficulties did they encounter, did they share the same aspirations, and what were their contributions to Law? The aim of this work is to contribute, through the knowledge of women who paved the way, to the essay of this work, which is still incomplete, that is Women in History.
