-Circuit layout & verification: Cadence virtuoso suite, ASSURA-QRC, Calibre-Mentor, etc.
-PCB Design: Keysight ADS, Mentor, etc.
- On-wafer probe station Cascade Microtech. Single-ended and differential coplanar access up to 50GHz and single-ended up to 110GHz. On-wafer calibration standards.

- Agilent 8714ET Network Analyzer RF 300KHz-3GHz, Agilent 8719ES Network Analyzer RF 50MHz-13.5GHz, Agilent E8364B PNA Network Analyzer RF 10MHz-50GHz.
