RATES

JOICE 2024: 55 EUROS (activities congress Thursday, Friday and Saturday + meals).

GALA DINNER: 53 EUROS.

JOICE 2023 + GALA DINNER: 108 EUROS.
After paying JOICE 2024, if you decide not to attend, 75% of the total amount paid will be refunded until December 13, 2023. After that date, no refund will be given. At a later date, you will be able to sign up for the gala dinner, probably at a higher price (to be defined).
STEPS TO BE TAKEN
The steps to follow to register for JOICE 2024 are as follows:
1. Fill in the form of registration with all the data that appear. The form will be active on November 21, 2023 at 14:00. This year we will take the email address you use to fill in the form.
2. A total of 350 places will be offered. If after filling out the form of registration you are among the first 350 people who have filled out the form, you will have obtained a place in JOICE 2024. We will then send you an email with a link to the payment gateway and you will have 48 HOURS from the moment you receive the email to make the payment.

FILLING OUT THE FORM AND THE PAYMENT GATEWAY CORRECTLY, COMPLETELY AND LEGIBLY IS NECESSARY FOR THE REGISTRATION TO BE VALID. IF THIS IS NOT THE CASE, THE REGISTRATION WILL BE INVALIDATED.

IF YOU DO NOT PAY WITHIN 48 HOURS AFTER RECEIVING THE EMAIL WITH THE LINK TO PAYMENT GATEWAY, YOUR REGISTRATION WILL BE CANCELLED.

If you have not got a place and you are on the waiting list, you will be notified by email.

In case of cancellation of any place, that place will remain free and the corresponding person on the waiting list will be contacted via email. This will be done in strict order of appearance on the waiting list.

At form of registration you will have to choose if you will also attend the gala dinner and later, if you decide attend, you will be sent an email with the details of the menu.

The attendance to the dinner is chosen at the form of registration on November 21 and paid on the payment gateway.

If you don't know whether attend will be able to attend the gala dinner, you can sign up at a later date, probably at a higher price.

JOICE 2024 activities are focused on students of second cycle of Medicine (3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th year). Students in the first years (1st and 2nd year) will not be able to register.

The entrance is unique and non-transferable.

CANCELLATION:

You can cancel the registration until December 13, with the right to reimbursement of 75% of the price (41.25€ only the entrance, 39,75€ only the gala dinner, 81€ entrance and gala dinner)

As of December 13, cancellations are non-refundable.
