The main value of the Josefina Arregui Clinic team is its human capital. Across all areas (health, work social, human resources, administration and ancillary services) the common denominator is the welfare of patients and families who come to us looking for answers and solutions in difficult times. The vicissitudes of almost thirty years working to improve the quality of life of patients with dementia and other psychiatric illnesses have created a culture of great commitment, effort and dedication.

The incorporation of new professionals to the team is carried out with the will that they identify with this culture, in which the welfare of patients and families is the axis of attendance. Likewise, this dynamic of work makes it very easy to development projects with other friendly institutions with which we share common projects. Our Philosophy of work is possible thanks to the involvement of all of us at CJA, from the administration team or work social to the healthcare team, who patiently and empathetically face delicate situations on a daily basis, and for whom kindness and good attention are the basis of their way of doing things.
