SofIA is an open innovation space dedicated exclusively to Artificial Intelligence. It aims to bring together solutions from startups focused on AI with the needs of companies from different sectors such as banking, pharma, insurance and distribution.
The University of Navarra, through DATAI, high school of Big Data and Artificial Intelligence, and Innovation Factory, promotes SOFIA with the goal to promote the transfer of scientific knowledge to society. An initiative that goes hand in hand with startups that offer an innovative product or service, whose technology can transform the value chain of companies to make them more competitive.

These are the leading participating companies that commit to test the Startup's solution in their value chain for 6 months. They will directly support the acceleration of each one. These are the challenges proposed by each of them:
Under the promise of "Driverless Banking", we are looking for ideas that bring automated decisions to the world of personal finance and the everyday banking experience.
We are looking for disruptive ideas to create fire risk scoring in industrial areas using open sources from data with a focus on data meteorological.
We are looking for a demand forecastingtool for a pharmaceutical and CHC (Consumer Health Care) company business to identify needs for the sourcing, manufacturing and distribution of products.
We are looking for a solution to extract value and integrate knowledge from different sources of data text using Natural Language Processing to assist group in improving customer service.
