This line of research has as goal to study a new conceptual framework to promote the real values of palliative care in academia and society.
On the one hand, training care professionals promotes patient-centered medicine and increases their capacity and effectiveness in the practice of their profession.
On the other hand, the values of palliative care in society are investigated through four central themes: the message circulating in the mass media; the message perceived by society; the message conveyed by palliative care professionals; and the message conveyed by art and audiovisual material.
