Presence [from the Latin Praesentia] 1. "attendance staff , or state of the person who is in front of these or others, or in the same place as them". 2. "Presence of spirit: serenity or tranquillity that preserves the spirit, both in adverse events and in prosperous ones" (Dictionary of the Royal Academy of the Spanish language ).
This representation aims to show how the patient is the element of approach for nurses. He is in the centre of a labyrinth through which he has to overcome the challenges of health. And in the meantime, nurses guide him/her like a light to the right path.
