The University of Navarra has a selection area within the service of Personnel Management Service, which is the manager of the recruitment of people who join the University to cover the needs that arise or vacant positions.
The selection of the different profiles is made according to criteria of talent, skill technique, normality of character and respect for the statement of core values of the University of Navarra.
The selection process shall ensure that no applicant is discriminated against on the basis of origin, nationality, religion, race, sex, age or disability.
The assessment of the candidates will be carried out on the basis of the requirements of the position, with objectivity, transparency and respecting the principle of equal opportunities between women and men.
