It is the unit dedicated to the contractual and economic management of projects in partnership with external companies and institutions, both national and international, public or private.
Coordinates relations between business/external institution and researchers (identification, contact, meetings etc).
It provides the most appropriate contractual framework and model contracts for each subject of partnership.
It facilitates the preparation of budgets and proposals (objectives, plan work and deadlines submission) for the partnership.
Negotiates contracts associated with research projects, and ownership and publication of results.
It manages the economic funds available for the project (creation of the CECO of the project, invoicing, control of expenses and closing).
Follows up on the achievement of agreed milestones and deadlines.
Supports in the resolution of conflicts and unforeseen events that may arise during the project.
