1. high school diploma + university entrance test

The prospective student can apply for admission through the portal myUNAV portal and attach the necessary documentation through the same form.

Documentation: grades of 1st year of high school diploma or equivalent (junior year of high school, high school or high school); one ID card size photograph; photocopy of National Identity Card on both sides; proof of payment of 100 € processing fee (non-refundable).

Payment methods (online through themiUNAV portal ):

- credit card .
- Bank transfer to the account indicated in this document. Proof of payment must be attached along with the rest of the documentation through themiUNAV Portal and must include the applicant's full name.

How to apply for admission to more than one degree?

You must fill out the form once for each application, but the submission of documentation and payment of processing fees do not need to be duplicated. In case of requesting admission to a third degree, you should make a new payment of € 100.

And for double degrees?

In case of admission applications for double Degrees (for example: Law + ADE or Journalism + Philosophy), it is sufficient to send only one application, since this application includes the possible requests to study separately, if desired, one of the degrees.

2. International Bachelor

Students who are taking the International Baccalaureate (IB) can choose between access to the University of Navarra through the ordinaryprocedure or through the IB diploma (if they meet the minimum access conditions for that degree program).

3. International by homologation

International students will no longer need to take the University Admission test (PAU) in order to enroll in official Degrees . Although the PAU is no longer a requirement, international students who do NOT take the test should be aware of this information.

4. Advanced courses

To apply for admission it is first necessary to register at myUNAV. Once inside the Portal, the candidate can apply for admission and attach all the necessary documentation through the same form.

Documentation:

- Official certificate of grades of the university programs of study taken and of the subjects in which he/she is currently enrolled.
- Programs of the subjects already taken and passed; if applicable, of those being taken at the time of the application.
- 1 ID card size photograph.
- National Identity Card, NIE (Foreign Resident Identification Number) or passport.
- Proof of payment of 100 € as a processing fee (non-refundable).

Payment methods:

- Via Internet, through the myUNAV portal .
- By bank transfer to the bank account indicated in this document. The proof of payment must be attached together with the rest of the documentation through the candidate 's Portal and must include the applicant 's full name and the word "ADMISSION".

The student applicant must send the program programs of study university programs of study carried out so far through themiUNAV Portal . The validation of subjects will be decided according to what is established by the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sport.

*In the case of the School of Medicine, the admissions process is different. Please consult their website for more information.

The resolution of the admission application will be available through the following website myUNAV.

Admitted students must pay the first payment of the enrollment fee for the Degree they are going to study and the amount, depending on the degree program, is 500 €, 3.000 € or 5.500 € (this amount, paid as the first payment of the enrollment fee, is not refundable unless there is a justified major cause, for not having passed the PAU for those who study in Spain or, in the case of international students, for denial of the visa for programs of study in their country). Students from the EU, Norway, Liechtenstein, Iceland and Switzerland are excluded.

In order to obtain a student visa, you must go to the Spanish Diplomaticmission statement or Consular Office, in whose demarcation the foreigner resides.

What requirements are necessary?

The procedure begins at the request of the interested party and the requirements are as follows:

  1. form duly completed at the Consular Office corresponding to the applicant's nationality or legal residency program , submitted by the applicant or his duly accredited legal representative.

  2. Three ID card size photographs.

  3. Passport with a minimum validity of 120 days.

  4. Documentation accrediting pre-enrollment or having been admitted as a student or researcher in a public or private center or establishment officially recognized by the competent administration.

  5. Medical insurance.

  6. Have guaranteed the necessary financial means to cover the cost of their programs of study, as well as the expenses of their stay and return to their country.

  7. criminal recordcertificate issued, if applicable, by the authorities of the home country or of the country or countries in which he/she has resided during the last five years (except in cases where the duration of the programs of study to be carried out is less than six months).

  8. sanitarycertificate .

Visa collection period

University Access test (PAU)

The University Access test (PAU) is an indispensable requirement for all Spanish students coming from the 2nd year of high school diploma, who apply for admission to any of the official Degrees of the University of Navarra.

To enroll in the Degrees of Medicine, Nursing and Psychology, students must approve the PAU in 1st convocation. In addition, those who do not pass or cannot take the PAU in the 1st convocation will have to make a written request through themiUNAV Portal in financial aidcontact.

There are other procedures to access the Spanish University without the need to take the University Access test (PAU):

  • If you have completed high school diploma programs of study following the educational system of a member country of the E.U. (British, German, French, etc.) and meet the academic requirements to access the universities of those countries (A Levels, Abitur, Baccalauréat, etc.) you must apply for the UNEDasiss*accreditation (see the video tutorial on the process) with an admission grade .

  • If you are a student in possession of an Internationalhigh school diploma degree scroll , issued by the International high school diploma Organization, you must apply for the UNEDasiss*accreditation (see the video tutorial on the process) with an admission grade

  • Students who have studied in countries outside the EU must apply for the credential of homologation of the degree scroll of the high school program or the receipt certifying that they have applied for it(see video tutorial on the process). It is necessary to present the original document upon enrollment and if it has not yet been obtained, you must upload to the miUNAVportal the receipt certifying that you have applied for it, stamped by the Spanish Government office where it has been presented; without this it is not possible to formalize enrollment, which in any case is conditional on providing the original credential to the Office of the Registrar of the University before April 1 of the following year.

  • Students applying for admission to any of the following degree programs: International Foundation Program, ILCE programs programs of study programs, Liberal Arts or any of the University of Navarra's own degrees.

    *International students who have obtained accreditation at UNED from 2017 onwards do not need to complete the transfer of academic transcript. If it was obtained before 2007 they should write to unedasiss@adm.uned.es and they will be instructed on how to apply for the transfer of academic transcript.

The transfer of academic transcript (only for those who have taken the PAU), once the place has been obtained at the University of Navarra, requires the student to request the receipt the transfer of the academic transcript , an essential requirement to be able to formalize the enrollment. With the notification of having been admitted, the student must go to the General administrative office of the University of origin, to pay the fees for the transfer of academic transcript.
