A process of listening to the entire university community
The lines of work of Strategy 25-30 have been defined taking into account the results of the listening and analysis project in which the entire university community participated.
Through interviews, meetings and focus groups, we have analyzed the different strategic plans of the centers and services, the opinions on the University's plans for the five-year period 2025-2030, as well as the status of the projects included in the strategic plan and their possible continuity. In addition, surveys already carried out within the corporate listening project were evaluated and the evolution of the indicators of the Governing Body of the University was examined.

After an extensive listening and analysis process with the university community and stakeholders, and a subsequent discussion and validation phase in the governing bodies, the University launches its strategy for the 2025-2030 period.

Decision-making and definition of strategic lines of action
Once the conclusions of the participation process had been reached and after a work session with the plenary session of the Executive Council of the Governing Body of the University composed of the Executive Council, the deans and directors of Schools and schools, the strategic lines were defined. The projects have a series of characteristics such as their social dimension, their adherence to the statement of core values or that they involve a quantitatively broad public, among others.

Keys to listening

After the study and analysis of all the information gathered, some of the ideas and issues most frequently mentioned in the listening actions were identified.
IDENTITY
The identity of the University is considered a core issue. It is mentioned with respect to its influence on teaching , both in relation to content and strategic projects. Corporate culture is mentioned as an important issue with respect to the hiring of people and generational replacement; and also, with respect to the ways of work, the influence it should have on the University's projects, internationalization, participation in public discussion and even the attractiveness that the University's own character has for families and future students.
CARE AND PROMOTION OF PEOPLE WORKING AT THE UNIVERSITY
Their professional development , the attraction of new talent, generational replacement, training plans, or an adequate work are some of the aspects highlighted by a large majority.
GOVERNANCE, DECISION MAKING AND Internal Communications
The need for internal procedures and systems to be more agile and more oriented to institutional objectives and the development the professionals themselves is highlighted.
PROGRESS OF NEW DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIES
It is seen as an opportunity to make progress in achieving ways of working that are both efficient and consistent with the University's own style, which provides a friendly environment characterized by staff attention.
ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE
Artificial intelligence and its influence in all areas: teaching, research and management. For example, the emergence of new programs related to AI or the ethical challenges it raises.
TEACHING
It is proposed to consolidate the current academic programs and improve the organization of teaching.
RESEARCH
research is considered a differential element and, therefore, basic for the University. We perceive ourselves as a research university that aspires to be even more so. When talking about research , we propose to reflect on some topics such as multidisciplinarity, international outreach and funding.

Some topics to consider in teaching and research: sustainability, work, truth, pluralism and dialogue, bioethics, mental health, aging, family and professional ethics, among others.
NEW SCHOLARSHIP AND GRANT PROGRAMS
For future students and their families, they are part of the appeal, although it is clear that the culture of donation still needs to be more deeply rooted at all levels of the organization, from the centers to the services.
INTERNATIONALIZATION
It stands out as an issue especially linked to the research mission statement . The importance of improving the reception and attention to international students is also underlined.
