A space to think about the University
The University of Navarra presents a strategic plan every five years. As the 2025 Strategy is about to be finalized, a process of shared reflection with the University community begins. What challenges of today's world must the University of Navarra respond to in the coming years? How does it contribute to the search for truth in all its disciplines? What should be the University's commitment to its students, faculty and staff in the coming years? These and other questions will serve to open the dialogue through a participatory process aimed at the entire university community.

The project strategy definition will consist of two phases. The first phase will involve a participatory listening process, and the second phase will be used to define the new strategic lines of action.

01. Participation and listening
Through interviews, meetings and focus groups, questions will be asked about the different strategic plans of the centers and services; opinions on the University's plans for the five-year period 25-30 and the status of the projects included in the current strategy and their possible continuity. In addition, surveys already carried out within the corporate listening project will be evaluated, the evolution of the indicators of Governing Body of the University will be examined and a participation process aimed at the entire university community will be opened on this website.

02. Definition of strategic lines
Once the conclusions of the participation process have been reached, the plenary session of the Executive Council of Governing Body of the University composed of the Executive Council, the deans and directors of Schools and schools and the delegate and subdelegate of students of the University, will finalize the chosen projects, which will be finally approved by the Office of the Executive Council. The new strategy will be launched in June 2025.
