A space to think about the University
The University of Navarra presents a strategic plan every five years. As the 2025 Strategy is about to be finalized, a process of shared reflection with the University community begins. What challenges of today's world must the University of Navarra respond to in the coming years? How does it contribute to the search for truth in all its disciplines? What should be the University's commitment to its students, faculty and staff in the coming years? These and other questions will serve to open the dialogue through a participatory process aimed at the entire university community.

DECEMBER-MARCH
Listening to directors of Centers and Services; analysis of Strategy 2025; analysis of governance indicators; assessment surveys and comments from stakeholders; extended listening to the entire university community; and learning and listening to the context.
Definition of strategic lines
MARCH-JUNE
Once the conclusions of the participation process have been reached, the plenary session of the Executive Council of the Governing Body of the University , composed of the Executive Council, the deans and directors of Schools and schools and the delegate and sub-delegate of students of the University, will finalize the chosen projects, which will be finally approved by the Office of the Executive Council. The new strategy will be launched in June 2025.

How has the listening and participation process progressed?

Compilation of the main milestones of the different projects and lines of work of the current Strategy 2025.
Study of the set of teaching, research and transfer performance indicators at the University for the last five years.
Questionnaires to deans and directors of centers, institutes and some services to learn about their current strategies.
January-February
Convening of focus groups with professors and administrative staff of the Pamplona, Madrid and San Sebastián campus .
20 in-depth interviews with researchers and professors from different Schools and centers.
Launching of a survey addressed to the entire university community.
