The social impact of research is the change or benefit that our research brings to society. The value of social impact is evidenced by the ability to adapt and incorporate academic and scientific advances in all areas of society, including culture, business developments, social initiatives, or public policies or services, always with the aim of seeking improvements.
In the Unit we support our academics in designing and bringing their research closer to the needs and demands of society. To this end, we collaborate with the different internal services of the University, as well as with companies, institutions, social agents, etc.
