Students wishing to study the Degree in Applied Management at the University of Navarra should fill in a application of Admissions Office through Portal miUNAV. There are different access routes depending on the profile of the student. Each of them has some particularities that are detailed below:

Intake Routes


For the purposes of admission to ISSA School of Applied Management, national students are considered to be those students who are studying at the 2nd year of their degree (or equivalent) at an academic centre based in Spain, regardless of their nationality. high school diploma (or equivalent) at an academic centre based in Spain, regardless of their nationality. 

National students will sit the entrance exams in person at Campus in Pamplona on the dates set out in the admissions calendar.
 


For the purposes of admission to ISSA School of Applied Management, international students are considered to be those candidates who are studying their 2nd year (or equivalent) at an academic centre based outside Spain, regardless of their nationality. high school diploma (or equivalent) at an academic centre outside Spain, regardless of their nationality.

International students can choose whether to take the admission tests in a face-to-face or online format.
 


Candidates taking the International Baccalaureate (IB) can choose between apply for admission to ISSA School of Applied Management as national or international students (as appropriate) or through the final grade obtained in the Diploma IB. 

If they decide to apply through Diploma IB, they will have to prove the following requirements: 

- Have a predictive score of at least 32 points.

- Have a minimum score of 5 in 'Literature' and 'English' High Level or 6 in 'Literature' and 'English' Standard Level.

The process will be completed with a personal interview.

If the resolution is positive, it will be conditional upon candidate definitively accrediting through its definitive qualifications the requirements of score IB. This process must be completed by 10 July 2023.

Admission Process

All students wishing to study the Degree in Applied Management must complete a application of Admissions Office through Portal miUNAV. Once completed, candidates will be called for an admission test which, during academic year 2023/2024, will be held on the following dates:

The December and March deadlines are regular Admissions Office deadlines. The May, June and July deadlines, on the other hand, are extraordinary deadlines, which means that places are only offered if there are any vacancies.

The final grade of Admissions Office in the Degree in Applied Management is the result of adding:

  • grade 1ST high school diploma: 60%.
  • Entrance Examination: 30%.
  • Personal interview: 10%.

The Admissions Office exam of Degree in Applied Management consists of the following parts:

Academic Test
 

  • Candidates have to answer 30 questions subject test with contents of high school diploma History, language, Geography, Economics and General Culture. 
  • Time: 20 minutes.
  • Value: 40%.

Grammar
 

  • Candidates must complete a subject test to assess their level of English grammar.
  • Time: 30 minutes.
  • Value: 20%.

Case Study

  • Candidates must read and solve, in writing and in English, a case study in which a number of questions are posed. 
  • Time: 30 minutes.
  • Value: 20%.

Speaking
 

  • Students discuss and develop, in pairs and together with a teacher, what they have previously worked on in the case study.
  • Time: 10 minutes.
  • Value: 20%.

 


English

A minimum level of intermediate English (B2) is required for admission to the Degree in Applied Management. This level must be submitted through Portal miUNAV by April 5, 2024. Accepted certificates are as follows:

  • Cambridge: First Certificate.
  • TOEFL: 72 points or higher.
  • IELTS: Level B2.
  • Official Language School: Level B2.
  • student IB with 6 at Intermediate Level (NM) or 5 at Higher Level (NS) at language English.

In view of the possible difficulty of taking face-to-face English tests, the TOEFL online tests (TOEFL iBT Special Home Edition) or the Cambridge Linguaskill are authorized as an alternative to the above qualifications.

If the required level is accredited in the Admissions Office exam to the Degree in Applied Management, it will not be necessary to present any of the certificates listed above.

English

International students must, in addition to accrediting their level of English, have an intermediate level of Spanish (B2). This level will be accredited with the score obtained in the online exam for admission to Degree en management Aplicada - Bachelor in Applied Management. If this level is not reached in the admission test , the student must present a level of Spanish (B2) through the Portal miUNAV before April 5, 2024.

Other languages

Placement tests for other languages will be taken once candidate has received a positive resolution from Admissions Office at ISSA School of Applied Management.

Students who apply for the Admissions Office in the Degree in Applied Management will be able to know their resolution through the Portal miUNAV. There are different types of resolutions:

Admitted. Admitted students will be able to formalise their enrollment through Portal miUNAV within the established deadline indicated at the time.

Admissions Office Conditional. The Admissions Office of the candidates who at the time of the Admissions Office exam do not meet the requirements language requirements is conditioned until they submit the required degree program (see section 'requirements from language'). 

Conditional Admission (IB Students). Candidates whose application has been admitted from the International Baccalaureate (IB) must submit their final grades in July; they must certify that they meet the requirements established by ISSA School of Applied Management.

Waiting list. The candidate will have to wait for the evolution of the enrolments to receive the resolution final. reservation In these cases, ISSA School of Applied Management will contact apply for at student with additional academic information to re-evaluate the application. 

Admitted to another degree. The student is not admitted to the degree applied for, but is considered to have sufficient aptitude to study any of the degrees offered by the University of Navarra.

Denied. The candidate has not been admitted to the degree applied for and is not offered a second option. Candidates who wish to have a second consideration can make a written request from the Portal myUNAV (Tab "contact/financial aid"). 

Absent. The studentdoes not take the exam at Admissions Office, so the applicationis automatically rejected.
