Research Management
Our mission statement is to strengthen the research capacity of the University and its centers, by attracting and management funds for research from public and private, national, regional and local organizations. We act as a link between researchers, companies and the rest of the entities of the system of research and development+i serving as a channel of partnership between the University and the socio-economic environment and transfer with impact the knowledge generated at the University.

National and Regional Projects
It is the office dedicated to the collection and management of funds for research from public and private, national, regional and local organizations.
And we offer these services:
Search for funding opportunities: analysis and dissemination of calls for proposals and training sessions for researchers on the most important grants.
Personalized advice per call and for each phase of the research degree program .
partnership for the preparation of the proposal and the review of the project.
management integral project management: application, concession, justifications, audits and closing.
contact with the public administration or private funder for the management of project.
Adaptation of projects to rules and regulations and advice on how to optimize funds.
Economic control of budget.

International Projects
It is the unit dedicated to raising and management funds for research from European and international public and private organizations.
And we offer these services:
Search for financing opportunities: Detection of new financing avenues; targeted and qualified dissemination of information; personalized advice; conference for promotion.
Advice on building a transnational partnership: identification, selection of partners and formalization of the partnership.
Accompaniment to networking events for the search of new partners.
Technical elaboration of the project: advisory service in the definition of the project, adaptation of the same to the requirements of the call, planning, structure of the proposal, elaboration of the budget, advisory service in the design of the Plan of project.

Negotiation of the contract with the European Commission. essay and negotiation of agreement of Consortium with the partnership.
Control of the execution of project: Support in the essay and sending of mid-term reports; Continuous communication with the Project Officer and the consortium; Organization of promotional events related to project; Creation and maintenance of the social networks of project.
Budget control of active projects: justifications, audits and closures.

Contracts research and development with Companies
It is the unit dedicated to the contractual and economic management of projects in partnership with external companies and institutions, both national and international, public or private.
Coordinates relations between business/external institution and researchers (identification, contact, meetings etc).
It provides the most appropriate contractual framework and model contracts for each subject of partnership.
It facilitates the preparation of budgets and proposals (objectives, plan work and deadlines submission) for the partnership.
Negotiates contracts associated with research projects, and ownership and publication of results.
It manages the economic funds available for the project (creation of the CECO of the project, invoicing, control of expenses and closing).
Follows up on the achievement of agreed milestones and deadlines.
Supports in the resolution of conflicts and unforeseen events that may arise during the project.

Transfer
At TRANSFER, the University of Navarra's Office of Technology and Technology Transfer knowledge , we promote the generation of cutting-edge research that makes a social difference.
We effectively connect research with the business world to catalyze positive and sustainable change in our environment.
We generate opportunities to promote knowledge and transform it into impact through two actions:
Transfer Generation
Thanks to two specific programs designed to detect the germ of a great project with potential to reach the market. Supporting financing and accompanying innovative ideas in demonstrating their viability and feasibility as a product or service in a real-life environment.
Ready2Transfer
The goal is to identify and analyze innovative projects generated by the different Centers of the UNAV and CUN, to assess their transfer potential and help maximize the results through a protocol of exploration, analysis and subsequent development of the Transfer Plan.
Proof of Concept
The goal is to finance experimental programs of study that require maturing the knowledge and technologies involved to make them more interesting for transfer.

Fundamentals
This program seeks to sensitize researchers to the value of Transfer. For this purpose, 3 specific itineraries have been designed for 3 areas of knowledge: Health, Technology and Social Sciences and Humanities.
