Some animals are involved in different ways in industrial and business activities, or in people's private lives. When faced with the appearance of a strange, abundant animal, or a problem caused by it, it is usual that they do not know what species it belongs to, or the importance it may have. It may also happen that questions arise in relation to Biodiversity. In any of these situations you can turn to our Identification Service.

The response you will receive from the Animal Identification Service (SIA) will be carried out by experts in the different zoological groups. The service offers the preparation of a CONFIDENTIALreport with the rapid identification (maximum 48 hours) of the animal found or manager of the infestation or damage. This report includes, whenever possible: biological cycle, known distribution, time of onset and cause of infestation and, where appropriate, suggestions for control.
