In cases related to the occurrence of insects in foodstuffs, some of the following shall be requested dataThe following information shall be requested: date of production, dispatch or transport times and, where appropriate, information provided by the customer making the complaint.
If it is necessary to ship the product or animal, it should be done in such a way that it is absolutely certain that no live animals can escape from the package; it is suggested that airtight plastic containers of the appropriate size are used for this purpose. If detected animals are dead, they should be placed in a separate tube or vial containing 70% ethanol.

Given the different nature of the programs of study to be carried out, it is advisable to consult in advance by telephone or e-mail about the cost of the study.
