A Christmas Carol, by Charles Dickens
Alongside the weariness of the old year, the fogs and showers of winter, there is the light of a warm place, full of the smells of pastries and chocolate. Winter is rich in such contradictions. Thus, passing between these two worlds, one can better understand the transformation, the legend of the patent good contained in Dickens' most famous tale.
This is just a glimpse of what can be gleaned from a good read.
Taking advantage of the damp cold of the Pamplona winter, we went to cafeteria Fika. There, between tea and human warmth, we had a good and fruitful conversation about Dickens' "A Christmas Carol", which we recently reread (and to which we invited you too). Two passionate readers, Danila Andreev and José Lacarra, something hot, good humour and a lot of spontaneity: this is how the first video of the project #BeBrave, from the School of Philosophy and Letters of the University of Navarra, was born.
