The financial assistance covered by this call for proposals will be used exclusively to cover the expenses at enrollment.

This scholarship scholarship is not compatible with other scholarships or financial aid awarded by the University to cover enrollment, nor with discounts for large family or Alumni. However, it is compatible with early payment discounts or those resulting from the candidate ’s relationship with the University of Navarra (visiting professors, employees, etc.).

In the event of a subsequent incompatibility—that is, if, after being notified of the grant, within the same academic year , the beneficiary receives another subject for aid previously requested for the same purpose—the beneficiary must report this circumstance and renounce the financial aid granted, reimbursing the corresponding amount. In any case, the board Directive of the Chair reservation the possibility of exempting the interested party from such Withdrawal if the interests of the Chair so dictate.

A single individual may not receive grants from different calls for applications issued by the Chair during the same calendar year.

Scholarships awarded for the “ Master's Degree ” will be administered directly by the Office of Academic Affairs ( Chair ) or the Faculty, in coordination with the University’s Financial Aid Office ( Office of the Registrar ), in order to apply the corresponding tax withholding ( discount ) to the scholarship amount ( enrollment). Under no circumstances will payments be made directly to the recipient.

The awarding of the " scholarship " scholarship does not imply an employment relationship or any hierarchical relationship with the University of Navarra, nor does it imply any commitment regarding possible future employment with the university.

To be eligible for this financial aid, applicants must meet the following requirements: requirements:

• Have completed the required undergraduate degree ( degree program ) to gain admission to the master’s program ( Master's Degree ) or be enrolled in the final year of such undergraduate programs ( programs of study ) at the time of submitting the application ( application). If selected as a recipient, the award of the scholarship ( scholarship ) will be contingent upon obtaining the corresponding undergraduate degree ( degree scroll ) before the start of the master’s program ( Master's Degree), including the completion of the final year ( project ) and the graduation ceremony ( degree program).

• Demonstrate the language skills necessary to effectively follow along with master's degree programs.

• Have applied for and been admitted to the master's degree programs. The official acceptance of the scholarship will be finalized upon completing the enrollment.

• Have applied for the university’s cost analysis and scholarship program. Once the “ application ” has been processed by the Office of Financial Aid at programs of study, the resulting “ report ” will be incorporated into the “ transcript ” at candidate for “ evaluation ” and prioritization.

• Commit to developing the Master's Degree under the tutorial of a university professor.

• Fully accept these rules and comply with them faithfully and diligently.

Once all applications have been reviewed, the decision regarding the awarding of scholarships will be based on a joint proposal prepared by the Faculty’s area of development and the Program Directorate Master's Degree. This proposal will be forwarded to the Scholarship Selection Committee for this call for applications, composed of members of the board Executive Board of the Chair María Egea, who will issue the resolution final. This resolution shall be final and binding.

evaluation , and prioritization of applications will be conducted in accordance with the principles of merit, equality, and ability, as set forth at agreement , using the following criteria:

• transcript Academic ( programs of study , and grades): up to 5 points

• A Brief History of " staff": Up to 2 Points

• Resume: up to 2 points

• letter of reference: up to 1 point

• Interest in pursuing a doctoral thesis : up to 1 point

• result from the university's tuition and scholarship program: up to 1 point

The decision reached by the Selection Committee will be communicated to all applicants beginning May 31.

If the decision is favorable, the student must notify the scholarship of their acceptance at School of Nursing within a maximum of seven business days from the date of receipt of the notification.

Students who accept the scholarship agree to complete and pay the enrollment within the deadline set by the School, as well as, if applicable, to pay the reservation of enrollment (non-refundable amount) within the same deadline. Failure to complete these procedures will result in the immediate revocation of the scholarship.

The School re reservation s the right not to award all scholarships if there are no candidates who meet the established requirements .

The recipient agrees to actively participate in the activities organized by the Chair in a spirit of scientific partnership . The recipient also agrees to collaborate in the recording of a testimonial video and the creation of a photo and written report intended to promote the Chair, and expressly authorizes the Faculty to use such material for whatever institutional purposes it deems appropriate.
