Requests for programs of study and analyses carried out by CIMA LAB Diagnostics.

The results of the programs of study and analyses, as well as the personal data supplied by the Patient and by the Medical Practitioner who has requested them, will be processed by CIMA LAB Diagnostics, with address at Avda. Pío XII nº 55, 31008 - Pamplona (Navarra), in its capacity as manager of the processing. The purpose of the processing of the data, both of the Patient and of the Physician, is to carry out the genetic study requested, and the basis that legitimises it is the execution of the application carried out.

The aforementioned personal data will be kept for as long as the specific legal obligations of the sector persist, being subsequently blocked until deadline of the prescription of the actions that may derive from the processing, after which they will be deleted. The data shall not be transferred to third parties unless the Patient expressly consents to this, or in cases where there is a legal obligation to do so.

The interested parties (Patients and Doctors) may, at any time, exercise their rights of access, rectification, suppression, civil service examination, revocation and limitation of the processing of the data data contained therein, by sending an e-mail to dpo@unav.es, attaching a copy of a document that allows for the valid identification of the interested party.
