Get ready for a memorable experience with our Welcoming Days, a highly anticipated event held twice a year in August and January. This special occasion is dedicated to extending a warm embrace to all international students arriving at the University of Navarra.
Planned jointly by the International Relations Office and the dedicated International Committee, the Welcoming Days are aimed at a variety of audiences, including exchange students, participants in the International Foundation Program and ILCE (Institute of Language and Culture).
Over the course of 3 to 4 days, the participants participate in a lively exchange and get to meet their fellow students. They attend a variety of information sessions carefully designed to provide them with a better understanding of the university and its many services, ranging from financial aid, health insurance, housing, immigration procedures, libraries, sports facilities, Wi-Fi connectivity, and much more. Practical advice, such as setting up a bank account or purchasing a cell phone card, is also provided.
In addition to these informative sessions, students have the opportunity to explore the campus and the charming city of Pamplona through guided tours. The International Committee further enriches the experience with day trips to fascinating sites.
Throughout Welcome Days and beyond, our caring International Committee remains a steadfast support system, ensuring that students navigate their first days with confidence and ease.
