#LabMeCrazy! Science Film Festival has opened the deadline to register productions for its sixth edition.

The registration is free of charge and is available through FilmFreeway:
The festival is open to documentaries, features, programs, TV reports and any video for the web or social media, whose production has been completed after January 1, 2021, dealing with any science-related subject.
Six categories are established:
→ Documentary or reportage
→ Television program
→ Video for the web or social networks
→ Production made by students
→ work produced or co-produced by a university, or research center
→ Production made by students (of any level) residing in the Comunidad Foral de Navarra (Spain).
The deadline for receipt of programs is June 14, 2024.
The registration must be done online, through the FilmFreeway platform.
The jury of the preliminary phase will select the finalists in each category from among all the entries submitted.
The finalists must provide a 3-minute fragment of the selected production, which may be published on the festival's website and provided to the media for the promotion of the festival.
The jury's decision will be final. The jury may declare one or more prizes void. It may also award as many special mentions as it deems appropriate.
Prizes will consist of a trophy and an accrediting diploma .
The authors of the winning works may participate in the festival as guests. The organization will cover the travel expenses to Pamplona and accommodation of one person for each winning production.
The selected productions will remain in the festival's archives and will be used only for study and information purposes.
The producers of the films, award-winning or not, retain all rights to their works.
The organization may use fragments of the productions in competition, no longer than three minutes, for the promotion of the festival in the media.
Participation in the festival signifies acceptance of all its instructions.

The official jury will evaluate the finalist productions in the categories Documentary or Reportage. A youth jury (made up of university students) will be in charge of evaluating the works in the categories Video for the web or social networks and Student production, while other juries made up of professionals in each field will be in charge of determining the winners in the categories Television program and work produced or co-produced by a university or research center.
