Study program Master's Degree training Master's Degree Family Study program : Education, Mediation, and research is organized as a combination programs of study (online) and classroom-basedprograms of study , and is spread over one year, with a total of 60 ECTS credits.
The programs of study are divided into four terms, with ordinary exams at the end of each term, and extraordinary exams in August.
The distance learning methodology, through the Internet, is developed on a proven educational platform, based on the concept of "VIRTUALclassroom "; that is, a virtual space in which the different groups that make up the Master's Degree interact: students, faculty and management staff . The study methodology is based on self-directed learning and collaborative learning under the guidance of the professor.
The training proposal of the Virtual classroom is based on the use of information and communication management tools in order to create for each participant a study/learning environment adapted to their profile and their personal needs, where the barriers of space and time have disappeared.
It is possible to learn certain scientific, theoretical and practical contents on one's own, provided that good teaching materials, an appropriate methodology, and a system that allows, when necessary, a fluid relationship between the teacher and the student are used.

The Master's Degree training in Family: Education, Mediation, and research is taught through a combination of two types programs of study: distance learning (via the Internet) and in-person.
Internet-based teaching is carried out on an educational platform educational platform based on the concept of the Virtual classroom : a virtual space in which the different groups that make up the Master's Degree (students, faculty and management staff ) interact, using e-learning pedagogical techniques.
The teaching is complemented by a series of seminars work practical sessions that are held in person and are compulsory at the University of Navarra campus in Pamplona, Spain.
The mandatory face-to-faceteaching periods (15 days during the month of June) offer the student the possibility of:
- To consolidate and deepen, through seminars, team work, case studies, etc., the knowledge acquired during the academic year.
- Consolidate teacher-student relationships through work sessions and personal interviews.
- Enjoy the atmosphere and services offered by their university, as well as the personal meeting with fellow students.
This on-campus period includes curricular internships.

This program provides an understanding of the family from various disciplines such as anthropology, ethics, sociology, and psychology, analyzing its dynamics and the development its members throughout life. It also differentiates socio-educational intervention, mediation, Education family counseling from other fields such as law and therapy, identifying the institutions that offer these services. This program develops the capacity for analysis, synthesis and critical thinking with scientific rigor, integrating the contents of the different subjects. Team work and interprofessional partnership are encouraged, optimizing human and material resources for problem solving. In addition, participants are trained in the elaboration, adaptation and assessment of evidence-based Education and family counseling programs, as well as in the internship application of the mediation and family counseling process through observation, case resolution and simulations.
The Master's Degree Family: Education, Mediation, and research isaimed at professionalsin the fields of Social and Legal Sciences, Health Sciences (Pedagogy, Psychopedagogy, Education Sciences, Psychology, Law, Nursing, Medicine, etc.). It is also aimed at university graduates with work experience in the field of socio-educational intervention who need to acquire knowledge , interdisciplinary knowledge about the family or who wantupdate skills onthe topic these professional fields.
Through this Master's Degree you will be able to work in different professional environments and offer Family Counseling services through a therapeutic process, designed to respond adequately and effectively to the demands of supporting families in the current context. In addition, in the case of Family Mediation, a so-called restorative approach is adopted (helping to maintain, strengthen and restore family ties). All the necessary training is introduced so that those who take the course can qualify as family mediators by requesting their registration in the Registry of Mediators of the Ministry of the Interior.
Given the characteristics of the online study methodology, the following material is available for each subject :
1.
