The Study program of the Master in Biomedical Engineering has a duration of 18 months. The teaching period of 60 ECTS credit includes 30 ECTS credit of Management and Basic Fundamentals subjects (Module I), 25 ECTS credit of the subjects of the specialization program that the student wishes to take (Module II or Module III) and 5 ECTS credit of Electives (Module IV) that correspond to one of the subjects of the specialization program that has not been chosen. At the end of the course period, the student must submit a 30-credit project Final Master's Degree ECTS credit .

Each subject is integrated into a subject which in turn is part of a module.

The Master's Final Project of 30 ECTS credit consists of the development of a project in which the knowledge, skills and competences acquired are integrated and applied to a specific case to be solved.
The student can carry out the TFM in a university, a research centre, in a business The TFM may be carried out at a university, a research centre, a bio-health sector institution or a hospital, provided that the acquisition of the competences foreseen in the TFM is guaranteed.
The coordinator of TFM will be in charge of managing contacts with companies, universities or research centres.
