The specialization program in Cancer provides the student with an advancedknowledge of the state of the art in cancer research.

The student receives a comprehensive training and multidisciplinary:

• In various physiopathological aspects of cancer, with special emphasis on the epigenetic mechanisms involved in the control of gene expression and the immunological aspects involved in these pathological processes;

• On the main techniques used in cancer research, diagnosis and monitoring, with a focus on cytogenetics, new genomics techniques and cytometry;

• On the latest strategies for cancer treatment, with a special interest in immunotherapy.
