On March 3, the People4ESG workshop was held at the Madrid headquarters of the University of Navarra, bringing together more than 250 HR and sustainability professionals. An event, promoted by the University of Navarra, DIRSE, Cuatrecasas and enClave de Personas, where the issues that most concern managers in these areas were revealed, divided into three round tables: (Environment) presence, remote work and transition to hybrid model ; (Social) health and safety, inclusion and diversity and employee welfare; (Corporate Governance) human rights and due diligence in the value chain, decent work and outsourcing / offshoring.
