INSTRUCTIONS OF THE DRAWING COMPETITION

How do you experience sport at home in your forties?

The University of Navarra's Olympic Centre programs of study , CEO, is organising the VIII Olympic Sports Week, from 8 to 13 June, at partnership with the Pamplona City Council, ANACCOLDE (association Navarra de Clubs Colegiales Deportivos), Itaroa Shopping Centre and Yelmo Cinemas. Among the activities included in this initiative is the children's drawing competition under the slogan "How do you experience sport at home in lacuarentena?

THEME: the participating children should draw pictures on the topic How do you experience sport at home in quarantine? They should also include a phrase or slogan related to this topic.

PARTICIPANTS: three categories:

1. 6-9 years old (1st to 3rd grade of primary school).

2. From 10-12 years old (4th to 6th grade).

3. Children with special educational needs.

Each participant may submit a maximum of two drawings.

deadline DE submission: Drawings will be sent or labelled during the week of 22-29 May.

exhibition DRAWINGS: with all the drawings received, the jury will select the finalists and they will be published on our three social networks (Instagram, Twitter and Facebook) as well as on the sports website. If circumstances permit, the selected drawings will be exhibited on the main floor of the Itaroa Shopping Centre from 8 June. There will be a exhibition which can be visited by anyone who wishes to do so until 23 June.

JURY: The jury will be made up of representatives of the different organising and collaborating entities of the VIII Olympic Sports Week.

AWARDS: There will be three winners in each of the three categories. The winners will receive a diploma as well as a commemorative trophy. The submission ceremony will take place, circumstances permitting, on Friday 12 June at 18:30. A award will also be awarded to the high school with the highest number of drawings issue .

All participants will be invited to a film screening which will take place, circumstances permitting, on Saturday 6 June at 12:00 noon at the Yelmo cinemas in Itaroa. Tickets can be requested by emailing ceo@unav.es. The submission of invitations will be made in strict order of application until fill in capacity. Children must be accompanied by at least one adult.

DISSEMINATION OF THE WORKS: The CEO of the University of Navarra reservation has the right to exhibition and to disseminate the drawings submitted. The works will not be returned. reservation All works submitted (drawing and slogan) will become the property of the CEO of the University of Navarra, who will have exclusive and indefinite rights of reproduction, distribution, Public Communication and transformation.

ACCEPTANCE OF THE instructions: Participation in the competition implies acceptance of these instructions. Partial or total non-compliance with these instructions will be grounds for disqualification.
