"Energy and the city. A discussion on its application in the future Bilbao".
This is a space for intellectual reflection in which issues such as the future of energy in our cities, the urban evolution of Bilbao according to different parameters or the reality rules and regulations of energy installations and systems in Spain will be discussed.
The course deals with the fundamental aspects of the energy system in cities and its implications in environmental terms. It will review the measures that are being promoted to reduce the carbon footprint of cities, as well as the profound urban transformations developed in the city of Bilbao.
There will also be a debate on the energy reality and current regulations and the challenges facing the city of Bilbao in terms of the integration of renewable energies in the urban context.
