The main objectives of the area de Humanities Pharmaceuticals, under the auspices of department of Pharmacology and Toxicology, are as follows:

- To provide the teaching necessary for Pharmacy graduates to acquire an adequate humanistictraining .

- Research in humanistic subjects that contribute to the comprehensive development of the pharmacist and the pharmacy profession.

- Advise pharmacists on the ethical and legal aspects of their profession.
