Write
Your eyes, sound of the sea
To welcome the summer, Izaro Díaz, student of the double Degree in Philology and Journalism, of the School of Philosophy and Letters, offers us a beautiful poem with the sea as the main character.
You rock my cradle
and you break the waves.
Your eyes make me a
a child in love
with innocent prayers,
and I flow through the foam
of your cracked corners.
You sigh that breeze
that invades me
tactile, close and sweet.
Your eyes are a star:
star that sounds
when the child arrives,
but you belong to the sea
in order to save me
from this journey I call love.
Calm sea,
Pure and noble sea...
sometimes brave to catch me!
