Real estate and commercial registry law: social value and public service
The School of Law of the University of Navarra and the Registry Foundation promote the research, training and documentation related to the field of real estate and commercial registry law. The aim is to promote within the university community the knowledge deep about the degree program registry and its social value of public service.

What are our objectives?
training in the subject
- partnership with the Registral Foundation, which depends on the high school of Registrars of Spain, in different subjects and forums of the School of Law, as well as participation in conference and seminars of research.
- training in Foral Law.
- Internship (as shadowing) for students of Degree in Law.
- programs of study from doctorate at Civil Law.
research and development of the study
Publications, articles and scientific material on regulatory changes, trends, or the impact of digitalization in the field of registry law, addressing issues of maximum relevance and interest, such as real estate tokenization or blockchain.
Dissemination and transfer of knowledge
Dissemination of information, discoveries and ideas promoting understanding and general knowledge ; and exchange of knowledge among individuals, organizations or sectors with the purpose to apply this knowledge in practical contexts.
