The Spanish Section of the Society of Catholic Scientists (SCS) celebrates its first congress from September 15 to 17, 2022 at Institute for Culture and Society of the University of Navarra. This event is partially funded by the John Templeton Foundation.

After the celebration of the conference, the first constituent meeting to elect the board of directors will be celebrated . The conference will also host the finalist posters of the 5th edition of the competition "Education, Science and Religion", organised by the Science, Reason and Faith Group  (CRYF).

About the Society of Catholic Scientists (SCS)
The Society of Catholic Scientists (SCS) is an international organisation, established in 2016, that provides a forum for dialogue for believing scientists who wish to reflect on the harmony and complementarity between science and faith. The association offers diverse resources for students, educators, pastors, journalists and all subject people interested in scientific discoveries and their possible relationship with faith. SCS has chapters in several countries.

The enrollment at congress is free for members of the Society of Catholic Scientists.

For the rest of the attendees, the rates are as follows:

→ On site attendance
This modality of registration allows you to participate in the lunches and coffees planned on congress, as well as in the Cultural Activities Office organised for the afternoon of Saturday 17th. It has a reduced rate of 50€ for early registration if it takes place before 31 May 2022. The regular registration , from 1 June 2022, will be €70.

→ Virtual attendance
The registration for virtual attendance will cost 30€.
