Knows the raison d'être of criminal-legal institutions
A program aimed at graduates, legislators, advisors and legal professionals interested in deepening their knowledge of the instructions of criminal law institutions. This course delves into the instructions of the institutions of Criminal Law in order to provide the necessary argumentative background with which to interpret and judge the various national legislations.

PHILOSOPHICAL APPROACH
Convinced of the dignity of the individual and his or her inalienable rights, as well as his or her priority vis-à-vis the State.
RAISON D'ÊTRE OF POSITIVE LAW
With respect to the European continental tradition, as well as the Common Law tradition.
INTERNATIONAL
Study of the philosophical and anthropological instructions of Criminal Law, so that it can be useful to professionals from different countries.

The Study program contemplates two styles of courses: specific 75-minute sessions ( position a guest lecturer on the topic); and continuous 75-minute sessions over several days ( position a professor on broader topics).
