D. in management , Industrial Engineering and Industrial Organisation Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Valencia. He has been Fellow Researcher at Harvard University and Visiting Scholar at Bentley University. He has experience as an engineer in the automotive sector and as an HR manager at consultant . He has directed two doctoral thesis and has participated in 15 publicly and privately funded research projects. He has more than 35 publications in specialised journals and conferences and is reviewer of several specialised publications of his area such as Personnel Review or Business Ethics: A European Review. He is currently researching on the development of organisations focused on a shared purpose where he is the director scholar of project "Measuring the Purpose Strength " www.purposestrength.es.
