Carlos Rodríguez-Lluesma is Full Professor of department of Personnel Management Service en las Organizaciones.

He also holds a Ph.D in Organizations from Stanford University. He obtained his first doctorate at Philosophy from the University of Navarra and an MBA from IESE. Prof. Rodríguez-Lluesma has held several attachment positions at teaching and research at Stanford University, and has been partner Scientist at IESE and the University of Navarra. He has also gained valuable experience internship as a freelance advisor in the financial services, biotechnology, consumer products and advisory service management sectors. In addition, he works as advisor for a business of advisory service policy in Silicon Valley.
