What will you learn?
The main goal of this programme is to introduce students to the field of literature and creative writing with a solid humanistic training and a broad literary culture, enhancing their creative development with an open, practical and applied approach .
These programs of study have been designed from an aesthetic, generalist, transnational, transversal point of view, and therefore not dependent on a single language or cultural space.
Some important differences of these programs of study in relation to those offered at other Universities are:

Incorporation of a specific training in the field of Creative Writing on a compulsory basis. (Unique in Spain)

Bilingual offer. language There is a wide range of subjects offered in English (more than 50% of Degree). If there is a sufficient number of students, the first year can be taken in English. This option facilitates the integration plan for international students whose language mother tongue is not Spanish.

goal The subjects related to "creative writing" are taught in Spanish and English with the aim of enabling student to develop it in the language language in which he/she is most proficient.

With this Degree you can access the Master's Degree which qualifies you to be a teacher of language and Literature at the Secondary and Professional stages, high school diploma and training Professional, both in the public sector (access through competitive examinations) and in the private sector. In addition, the level of English/Spanish with which the student completes this Degree (C1 or C2) also enables them to work as a language teacher at teaching or as a teacher in bilingual centres.

The student can continue its development by specialising through a Master's Degree. Examples include: Translation, management Cultural, Audiovisual Scriptwriting.
