The Master's Degree has a duration of 1 academic year divided into 2 semesters (September-January / February-June)* and consists of 60 ECTS credit.
* In some particular cases, a written request may be submitted to the Management of Master's Degree requesting that the programs of study be carried out in a longer period of time.
1 academic year, in 2 semesters: September-February and February-June.

module 1: oriented to analyze current issues related to marriage and the family, with a systematic methodology.

module 2: directly confronts the current rules of matrimonial and procedural law, and offers an application aspect internship of the knowledge learned.

module 3: work de Fin de Master's Degree.
The work de Fin de Master's Degree will consist in the elaboration of a marriage nullity sentence:
The documentation of a proceeding will be provided to student : the document of the lawsuit, decree of doubt, summons of the parties and witnesses, declarations..., as well as other elements collected during the investigation phase of the proceeding.
The student, as a judge, must write the sentence, complete, with each of its elements, giving reason and motive for the decision taken.
The defense of work will be in person.
