At the University of Navarra, we are committed to transferring the best talent to society and offering our students and alumni the best professional opportunities, as well as meeting the hiring needs of companies.
For this reason, the employment Fair has established itself as the annual meeting that brings together companies, students and alumni around networking, growth and professional development .
The next edition will be held on March 2, 2026 at the postgraduate program of the University of Navarra in Madrid and, in parallel, on March 2 and 3, it will be held virtually.

The Madrid campus will host a new edition of the employment Fair, a meeting point where students can visit the stands of the main companies, talk face-to-face with their recruitment teams and learn first-hand what profiles they are looking for and what opportunities they offer. An essential quotation to discover labor market trends, expand the network of contacts and take a decisive step towards your professional development in a close and dynamic environment.

Discover the best professional opportunities just a click away is what the virtual edition of the employment Fair offers. As a student or alumni, you can make direct contact with leading companies in different sectors, send your resume online, explore current selection processes and learn first-hand what profiles organizations are looking for. PARTICIPATING STUDENTS AND GRADUATES
More than 1,600 Degree and Master's Degree students and recent graduates participated in the last edition of the Fair. The University of Navarra offers excellent academic and humanistic training and in this event you will find all subject of profiles: life science, engineering, law, social sciences, marketing, architecture, design, communication... You will be able to interact with the participants to find the best candidates.

APPLICATIONS FOR INTERNSHIP OFFERS & employment
At the last edition of the Fair, participants made almost 8,000 applications for internships and employment offers. The virtual format allows a larger issue of candidates to participate, regardless of their location. In addition, the platform is simple and encourages the participation of students and graduates. In 2025, as a novelty, 100 companies interacted with candidates in person at the University of Navarra's postgraduate program headquarters in Madrid.
