At the University of Navarra, we are committed to transferring the best talent to society and offering our students and alumni the best professional opportunities, as well as meeting the hiring needs of companies.
For this reason, the employment Fair is the annual event that serves as a meeting point for companies, students and alumni.
The next edition will be held on March 10, 2025 and, for the first time, will be hybrid, i.e., online and on-site at the University of Navarra's postgraduate program in Madrid.

COLLABORATE
The employment Fair on March 10 will be a hybrid fair: there will be companies that will participate only online and others that will participate online and in person simultaneously.
The on-site part of the Fair will be held at the University's postgraduate program in Madrid. So far, more than 180 companies from a wide range of sectors have already confirmed their participation. All of them will participate online and, in addition, 101 of them will be present in Madrid. The Fair is aimed, above all, at Master's Degree students, penultimate and final year Degree and alumni from the last three graduating classes.

If you are a student in the last years of your Degree or Master's Degree or a former student of the University of Navarra and you cannot attend on your own to the on-site modality of the Fair in Madrid, don't worry!
You can already register on the online platform of the Fair, which will be held on March 10, more than 190 companies are already registered and are looking for all subject of profiles!
From that same link you will be able to access the platform on March 10 to visit the companies' stands and apply for internships and employment offers. Keep it handy! All you have to do is log in with the e-mail address you used to register on the online platform.
Please note that companies will not be attending the stands during the 24 hours of the Virtual Fair. The online schedule will be, more or less, from 10:30 am to 17:30 pm. You will be able, throughout the Fair, to apply for offers and leave a message through the virtual stand to the companies you are most interested in. In addition, some of them will establish an appointment calendar that you can apply for.

Only 300 students from the Pamplona campus in the final years of their Degree and Master's Degree have been selected to travel to the postgraduate program in Madrid in the buses provided by the Internship and employment Service.
But it doesn't end here! If you are a student in the final years of your Degree, Master's Degree or you have graduate in the last three years at the University of Navarra, you can attend the Fair on your own.
Soon we will set up a web page with all the information about the Madrid Fair (how to get there, where to eat, training sessions with companies...).

There are still places left to participate as a business with a virtual stand in the online part of the fair - more than 190 have already registered! You will be able to post your internship and employment offers and find the best talent among more than 1,000 participating students and alumni of all profiles.

Participating students and graduates
More than 1,500 Degree and Master's Degree students and recent graduates participated in the last edition of the Fair. The University of Navarra offers excellent academic and humanistic training and in this event you will find all subject of profiles: life science, engineering, law, social sciences, marketing, architecture, design, communication... You will be able to search, apply filters and interact with the participants to find the best candidates.

Applications to internship offers and employment
At the last edition of the Fair, participants made almost 8,000 applications for internships and employment offers. The virtual format allows a larger issue of candidates to participate, regardless of their location. In addition, the platform is simple and encourages the participation of students and graduates. In 2025, as a novelty, 100 companies will be able to interact with candidates in person at the postgraduate program headquarters of the University of Navarra (Madrid).

The companies that participated in the last edition rated the fair with a 4/5. From the Internship Service and employment we will accompany you throughout the process. In addition, they gave a 5/5 for the attention received from the University and a 4/5 for the disposition of students and graduates.

Also, if you participate in the modality , you will have a stand to attend to the candidates who attend the headquarters of postgraduate program in Madrid.
Live and face-to-face chat
Establish a schedule of attention in the virtual stand and interact with the participants to find out which are the best candidates for your team. In addition, in the on-site modality in Madrid, the companies will be able to be present at physical stands and attend to the doubts of the students and alumni of our University.
Search for candidates by profile
Find what you are looking for with financial aid filters, save time! In addition, the stand of the online platform will record the data of the people who visit your stand in Madrid, if you also participate in this modality. The opportunities to find candidates with very diverse profiles are multiplied in this hybrid event!
Face-to-face training sessions
Another novelty! In the 2025 edition, at the postgraduate program of the University of Navarra in Madrid, in addition to company stands, training sessions on employability will be offered to students and alumni: CV review, how to develop your brand staff on LinkedIn, how to face a work interview... Some of the participating companies will be able to offer these sessions.
Technical support and training
On behalf of the Internship Service and employment and through our provider, vFairs, you will have at all times technical support, materials and training for the creation of the virtual stand and its management. It is an intuitive and simple platform that will allow you to find what you are looking for. Companies participating in the on-site modality will also receive all the necessary information for the physical stand management .
Visibility of the business
The Internship and employment Service will provide materials to participating companies to announce their participation in the Fair. It will also be disseminated through the channels of the Internship and employment Service and the University of Navarra.
