A fair of meeting, online and on-site in Madrid, to connect the best talent with the best companies .
The University of Navarra is committed to transferring the best talent to society and offering its students and alumni the best professional opportunities, as well as meeting the hiring needs of companies.
The employment Fair (Career Forum) serves as a point of meeting between companies, students and graduates.
The next multi-sector trade fair will be held on March 10, 2025 and, for the first time, will be hybrid, i.e., online and in person at the University of Navarra's postgraduate program headquarters in Madrid.

Participating students and graduates
More than 1,500 students from Degree and Master's Degree and recent graduates participated in the last edition of the Fair. The University of Navarra offers an excellent academic and humanistic training and in this event you will find all subject profiles: life science, engineering, law, social sciences, marketing, architecture, design, communication... You will be able to search, apply filters and interact with participants online and in person to find the best candidates.

Applications to internship offers and employment
In the last edition of the Fair, participants made almost 8,000 applications for internship offers and employment. The virtual format allows a larger issue of candidates to participate, regardless of where they are located. In addition, the platform is simple and encourages the participation of students and graduates. In addition, in 2025, as a new feature, you will be able to interact with candidates in person at the University of Navarra's postgraduate program headquarters in Madrid.

The companies that participated in the last edition rated the fair with a 4/5. From the Internship Service and employment we will accompany you throughout the process. In addition, they gave a 5/5 for the attention received from the University and a 4/5 for the disposition of students and graduates.

Customized booth
On the online platform you will be able to describe your business, include videos and links, add offers and much more. Pamper your booth to become the most 'attractive' business of the Fair. Also, if you participate in the modality , you will have a stand to attend to the candidates who attend the headquarters of postgraduate program in Madrid.
Live chat, video chat and face-to-face chat
Set up an online platform schedule and interact with the participants to find out which are the best candidates for your team. In addition, at the modality in Madrid, we will offer shifts so that companies can be present at physical stands and attend to the doubts of students and graduates of our University.
Search for candidates by profile
Find what you are looking for with financial aid of the filters, save time! In addition, data will be registered on the online platform stand of the people who visit your stand in Madrid, if you also participate in this modality. The opportunities to find candidates with very diverse profiles are multiplied in this hybrid event.
Face-to-face training sessions
In 2025, as a novelty, at the headquarters of postgraduate program of the University of Navarra in Madrid, in addition to company stands, training sessions on employability will be offered to students and graduates: CV review, how to develop your brand staff on LinkedIn, how to face an interview at work... Some of the participating companies will be able to offer these sessions
Technical support and training
On behalf of the Internship Service and employment and through our provider, vFairs, you will have at all times technical support, materials and training for the creation of the virtual stand and its management. It is an intuitive and simple platform that will allow you to find what you are looking for. Companies participating in the on-site modality will also receive all the necessary information for the physical stand management .
Visibility of the business
The Internship Service and employment will provide materials to business to announce their participation in the Fair. It will also be disseminated through the Service's own channels and those of the University of Navarra.
