At the University of Navarra, we are committed to transferring the best talent to society and offering our students and alumni the best professional opportunities, as well as meeting the hiring needs of companies.
For this reason, the employment Fair has established itself as the annual meeting that brings together companies, students and alumni around networking, growth and professional development .
The 2026 “ employment ” Fair brought together students, graduates, and companies in an edition that combined in-person “ meeting ” with digital opportunities. Nearly 700 college seniors, as well as students from postgraduate program and alumni , participated in the workshop held at the postgraduate program campus in Madrid, where they were able to meet more than 150 companies firsthand, learn about their hiring processes, and explore new career opportunities.
The event also took place virtually, which allowed participation to expand to more than 600 young people. Through the event’s platform, attendees were able to browse nearly 500 job employment and internship openings and submit their applications, which totaled more than 2,700 applications throughout the fair.

On March 1, the “ employment ” Career Fair will bring together students, graduates, and companies in Madrid for an exclusively in-person event:workshop . It will be an opportunity to get to know different organizations up close, speak directly with their recruitment teams, and find out what types of candidates they’re looking for, how their hiring processes work, and what career opportunities they offer. It’s a space to ask questions, clear up doubts, expand your network, and gain a better understanding of the possibilities the job market has to offer.

The following day, the Fair will continue exclusively online. Through the virtual platform, students and graduates will be able to connect directly with companies from various sectors, learn about their career opportunities and hiring processes, submit their resumes, and explore job employment and internship opportunities. It’s an easy way to continue discovering career options and build contact with organizations from anywhere.
*The Fair is especially aimed at Master's Degree students, final year Degree and alumni.

PARTICIPATING STUDENTS AND GRADUATES
Nearly 1,300 students from Degree , Master's Degree , and alumni participated in the 2026 employment Fair. About 750 attended the in-person meeting event held in Madrid, while the online modality event allowed for broader participation from candidates with different profiles and from various fields at knowledge. Engineering, science, law, Economics, communications, architecture, design , and marketing are just some of the fields represented at the Fair.

APPLICATIONS FOR INTERNSHIP OFFERS & employment
Companies posted 480 internship and employment opportunities, which received a total of 2,777 applications during the 2026 edition. The online platform allows students to search for opportunities, submit applications, and connect with companies regardless of their location, or graduate.

Participating companies rated their experience at the 2026 in-person career fair with an “ average ” of 4.74 out of 5. The service they received from the University also earned a “ score ” of 4.9 out of 5. The Internship and Career Services Office ( employment ) supported the companies during the preparation and “ development ” of the career fair.
