This program seeks that those who take it know in depth how human rights are protected in the universal system and in the European and Inter-American systems, which will also allow them to consider what they are (concept), what they areCatalog), and what they are based on (foundation) and how they are interpreted (interpretation). A strongly participatory methodology will be used, with previous reading of materials and cases that will be discussed in class. It is of interest to those who want to have their professional internship totally or partially oriented to human rights, and to researchers and teachers who have them as an object of study.
