We help you in your insertion into the labor market.
The Professional Competencies Program (PCP) is a degree scroll of the University of Navarra whose goal is tofacilitate the incorporation of recent graduate into professional practice. The program combines online theoretical training in professional competencies and paid internships in companies based in Spain.

WHO CAN TAKE THIS PROGRAM?
University graduates who have completed their programs of study in the 3 years prior to the start of the Program* and university students with, at most, 9 ECTS credit of pending subjects and/or with the Final Degree work (TFG) pending. In addition, they must:

Be under 30 years of age.

Have no or little professional experience (no more than 120 days after the end of the Degree).

Not having participated in this or a similar program before.
*The completion of a qualifying Master's Degree may allow to increase the issue of years since the completion of the Degree.

When the business has selected you for their internship opportunities, we will send you an e-mail from the Internship and employment Service of the University of Navarra explaining you step by step how to enrollment
*The amount of this and the corresponding monthly scholarship will be position by the business.
DEVELOPMENT IN PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCIES
4 ECTS CREDIT

This subject seeks to provide the keys for students to learn to work in multidisciplinary teams, distinguish the business opportunities of a business and develop leadership, creativity and entrepreneurship skills.
Unit 1. work in multidisciplinary teams. Teacher: Mr. Luis Ángel Díaz.

Unit 4. Professional ethics. Teacher: Mrs. Mónica Codina.
BUSINESS INTERNSHIPS I
26 ECTS CREDIT
Character: mandatory
modality: on-site at the internship business
With this subject the student will be able to apply the acquired knowledge. The internship will have its own specific contents and professional objectives, in accordance with the business and the department in which the student performs the internship.
In order to evaluate the subject , the evaluations in position the pedagogical advisor and the professional tutor will be taken into account. Each student will prepare a report in which he/she will present an analysis of the tasks performed and the projects in which he/she has participated. In addition, the tutor will fill in an assessment of the student's performance.
The program, at the request of the collaborating business , can be extended with an additional subject :
Internship at business II
30 ECTS credit (up to 12 months)
Character: elective subject
modality: on-site at the internship business

When a business requests an extension of the student's internship months, the student must enroll in the subject Internship at business II.

EVALUATION OF THE STUDENT'S TUTOR IN BUSINESS

PROGRAM MONITORING
3 months after the beginning of the internship, the University will ask the business tutor and the student for an intermediateassessment .
E-mails will be sent at the beginning and end of the program, as well as a follow-up to the students throughout the months of training.
A tutoringschedule will also be established with the Program's pedagogical advisor to resolve any doubts that may arise during the Program period.
